60 caps Item SKU: 637249 This combination provides linoleic acid (LA) and gamma linoleic acid (GLA), both are omega-6 essential fatty acids that the body can?¡¥t produce by itself and must be supplied through diet or supplements. The body metabolises GLA from LA, which can also be found in safflower, hemp, and sunflower oils. Vitamin B6 contributes towards the regulation of hormonal activity. Linoleic acid contributes to maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10g linoleic acid.
